Manta Solutions, LLC, is a small  business founded by Dr. Michael Glass who has led multiple science and technology organizations in both the U.S. Government (USG) and private industry.  Our primary focus and expertise lies in technology development, demonstration, and transition to government elements with operational missions.  Success has been achieved by building integrated teams of scientists, engineers and operators (DoD, USG Civilian, Emergency First Responders) and attacking a problem to achieve measurable success. 

This approach is applied at Manta Solutions and is the basis of our work. 

Specifically, Manta specializes in training and RDT&E for cWMD as it applies to all aspects of nonproliferation, counterproliferation and consequence management.
